Monica Sorensen

Mrs. Sorensen is thrilled to be recently assigned as the Inclusive Education Lead at Holy Redeemer this year. She is so excited to meet you! She will be working closely with Mrs. Poulin who is our BTC Facilitator this year.

Mrs. Sorensen has been teaching at Vanier Community Catholic School in Edson since 1997 (with a couple years previously at Holy Redeemer). Last year she took on the role as Vice Principal of Vanier. She will continue that role this year, as well. She is a mom to three amazing children, Josie (22), Emily (17), and Jakob (13) and wife to Troy. There is nothing more that she loves than both her family and her Living Waters families.

These are a few of Mrs. Sorensen's favourite things: coffee, summer and fall, spending time with her family and being a mom, camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, Mexican and Indian food, football, basketball, listening to music, traveling, visiting friends, and road trips.
