Registration Forms

Holy Redeemer welcomes students in grades 7 to 12 to join our school family. Each year, parents of returning students are asked to fill in the Returning Registration form below, while parents of new students must fill in the New Registration form below. This to make sure information is kept as up-to-date as possible from year to year.
