Special Guest Fitness Instructor

Coach Tyson LaRone stopped by Holy Redeemer (via ZOOM) on March 23rd to speak to Mr. Tobin's senior high Fitness class about the topic, "How to Train Like an Athlete (During a Pandemic)". Coach LaRone gave student-athletes many great ideas and insights that they could implement in their training right away to make themselves better athletes.

Coach LaRone has been a Strength and Conditioning Instructor for 15 years. He is the  Director of the Agatsu Strength & Speed program and Senior Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor and a West Side Barbell Special Strengths Coach. He is also a 2nd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Owner and Head Instructor at Arashi-Do Martial Arts St. Albert.
