On Tuesday, November 15th, the Holy Redeemer Junior Volleyball teams had a very impressive showing at the annual GYAC Tournament in Edson. The Junior A Girls won the bronze medal after defeating Gerard Redmond from Hinton. Meanwhile the Junior A Boys finished in 4th place out of 8 teams - their playoff games were lost in 3 sets and not by much. With only four returning volleyball players this year there is lots to celebrate. And finally, the Junior B Girls also had an impressive tournament with most of the athletes competing in their first full season of volleyball.
